We are proud to announce that Euclid Avenue Elementary School received one of twenty official district designations for the Community Schools Model in 2019-2020. As a Community School we provide instructional support and program through the lens of the four tenets of Community Schools- Integrated Student Supports, Expanded Learning Time and Opportunities, Family and Community Engagement, and Collaborative Leadership and Practice. Our 50/50 Two-Way Immersion Dual Language Program is one of our programming options! At Euclid Avenue Elementary School, we understand that bilingualism and bi-literacy are no longer a commodity, but rather a necessity for our 21st Century Learners! Euclid Avenue Elementary's 50/50 Two-Way Immersion Program prepares our students to become global citizens as they learn to communicate, collaborate, and engage in problem-solving in two languages. Our 50/50 Two-Way Immersion Program is staffed by highly qualified teachers that provide an engaging, rigorous and nurturing learning environment for your child. Through special community events, project-based learning, and school-wide functions, we immerse our students into the language, customs, and traditions of Spanish-speaking countries around the world.
